I suppose you run the embedded node.
If the closing tx is confirmed then is a matter of your Zeus not syncing. Check your neutrino peers if they respond well and remove from your list the ones that have a bad ping and restart.
Just leave your Zeus to finish the sync (better put in persistent mode) and will see how will sweep the funds from the closing tx.
