From 0-10 I was below average screen time - my mom limited tv and banned video games. From 10-25 I was a big movie / video game / computer guy. Definitely spent a lot of time in front of screens during those years. Since 25 for sure below average since I stopped gaming and tv started to bore me and I never had a screen job. Now I’m probably slightly below average. I spend a lot of time on my phone for sure but probably a bit less than average. I also spend a lot of time outside.
