I use Fedi, X, FB, Insta, even have an account on Blueskerz but use them in read-only mode. Never post. I only post stuff to Nostr.

But glad you kind put up with me.
I try to use those other platforms intentionally, meaning limit my time to like 20 mins and avoid algorithms by going directly to my follows via lists, etc. (I’m not always successful.)
This has really improved my mental health, according to my invisible fren.
