I'm also a Fedora and EPEL maintainer, though admittedly not nearly as active as you, but that's also because I'm involved in a bunch of open source stuff outside of the distros themselves, too. I don't disagree, but I can only contribute at the level of capacity I have to contribute at that moment, and that level needs to be balanced against getting stuff shipped or paying down technical debt.
