the whole destroy everything so people who can pay, pay, without regard to the wider population, I don't know how bad things are going to get. Things are crumbling round the edges here, with a few sink holes (just wait to see how bad this winter is in the underfunded NHS, after last year, I won a concession to NOT be going near a hospital in Dec. Or Feb. but wait til April) but we don't have the active and enthusiastic undermining of basic infrastructure.
