I dont really get the insinuation here that it cant be both. Be youthful and wild when you have that vitality to spend, but then realize when it is time to become a father who can pass on that same strength and independence to his sons.
Young men with ample drive and vigor have the strength to put liberalism back into its box, but a strong chain of fathers will keep it sealed in there.
