I will never understand Democrats not demanding Biden expand #SCOTUS as an election promise. It works both as a strategy to ask for a majority and it assuages the fear. SCOTUS is tearing the country apart, as Trump instructed them to. You can’t have a functioning democracy or society when your top court goes rogue. The checks and balances have been eliminated. #uspol
