If parental lock apps are made so that it's safe to give phones to small kids, maybe they should make sure to avoid Blippi and other stuff with stimuly that doesn't get past the retina and only put on financial drama and horror movies? Stuff that actually gets the kids to limit their screen time by themselves and go out to play?
