It seemed like a crazy-expensive habit when I quit 18 years ago. A two-pack a day habit is now approaching 600 bucks a month. That's a lot of money to pay for something that kills you. Or worse. I only paid a 1/4 of that for my bladder cancer. I got off lucky with a minimal case. At least for now. If you're still young and stupid about this habit, take some advice. Be less stupid.
