As you are a more physics oriented guy, def rec Ben Davidson. The geophysics better explained. Saw him at the ranch. Chan's 2 mile wave only expected at coasts. 5000 elevation rule thumb. I sight new equator at approx 130E and 50W. Will check above links. The metaphysical aspects are important but might only serve to explain redundant geophysical event which Davidson has persuaded me with. Not sure

Another one I'm very interested in is zero point energy antigravity effects which I noticed he/she tangentially hit on. But would like to learn more.
