I think its sorta like a bounty... you pay bizzbot and buzzbot randomly pays those that interact with your note. The bulk goes to the top zapper, then a smaller chunk to a random commenter and random like-er...
Great for the influencooors and dust collectors.
Feels like a very inauthentic and an ironically fiat-brained way to collect engagement.
