it would have 364 days, actually. the sun year is 365.2425 days long, so it would drift by 1.2425 days a year. our current calendar drifts by 0.2425 days a year and we correct for that with leap days. you'd need to do something with that 365th day. maybe the 13th month could be one day longer?
