The Apostle Paul's letter to the church in Galatia states: "...by love serve one another" (Galatians 5:13).
I've often thought it would be cool if in some way we didn't work for money, but everyone served others out of love for them and out of love of the work one does, rather than out of self-love/self-interest. I know there are some fortunate souls who love their work so much they (would) even do it for free. I imagine in the life to come we will still work or have roles and tasks, but not labor by the sweat of our brow, as is part of the curse of this life, and I imagine we won't use money.
“Come, everyone who thirsts,
come to the waters;
and he who has no money,
come, buy and eat!
Come, buy wine and milk
without money and without price."

What socialist wouldn't love this?
