Maybe I'm too naive about the details of this space ... but I think the technology mostly implies options with the requirements and resources of moderating larger spaces (however much quality is always limited with larger spaces) being something that can be added and developed further.
I don't see why this has to be considered a finished product?
Or why better scaling automatically precludes the further development of moderation abilities/resources?
