do you have any means to add stability to the opposite corner from the original TO-220s? Things might get a bit wobbly plugging the power in and out if there's no way to support that. Otherwise I'd say it's pretty solid.
I do love the use of a rectifier on the DC jack ... the intent to ensure that you have a wide-compatibility range with both center-positive and center-negative supplies?
