Maybe we've been in different ghettos, but whenever I go through a black ghetto there's always retards behind the wheel, aggressive retards behind the wheel, and retards that walk directly into 50 mph traffic expecting the cars to stop for them. Sometimes screaming into their sail foams, but more usually with a sullen disregard knowing they'll either get hit and put out of their misery, or win the ghetto lottery and waste it all on partying and bling. Mexican ghettos seem like paradise by comparison.
