I wanted to share something that's worked for me being #ActuallyAutistic but I suspect it would benefit people with #ADHD too.
Toothbrushing. Usually a once-a-month-if-you're-lucky kind of activity that fills me with shame.
Then recently I said goodbye to the electric toothbrush and bought a manual 3 headed brush for about £5.
Game changer. No vibrations, 10s brushing while I wee when I remember and all sides are covered. Now I do them 5+ times a week. Not perfect but big improvement.
