The two balls used in the first ever World Cup Final, contested between Argentina and Uruguay in 1930. Only thirteen teams competed in the tournament, including just four from Europe, due to the difficulties of traveling to South America in the midst of The Great Depression. The United States would place third, recording the first hat trick and the first shutout in World Cup history along the way.
