Neither Cuba, nor North Korea, nor Vietnam have taken any steps in that direction. Vietnam has sweatshops where they make Nike shoes. How is that "not capitalist", or nor exploitative?
It is impossible to abolish capitalism in a single country, since capitalism is a world system and no country is independent from it. And the countries you mention, as any other, are forced to have their workers working for the lowest possible wage in order to extract as much value as possible.
