Those who are actually qualified to talk about the matter are in consensus. Only the wannabe qualifieds are seeing things (i.e. conspiracies of woo 'big pharma' and the like). It would be amusing if not taken so seriously. Now it's dangerous because public health is endangered by antivaxxers who blindly follow the pseudoscientific nonsense.
