If you are busy and you like what you are doing it is fine.
If you are busy because you invest on something, it is fine too.
If you are busy by doing something you hate and there is no investment on it, then you will have to plan as calmly as possible, to move on by doing something else or in a different way.
Since you do something to fullfil your goals, you keep on and try to improve. Sometimes improvement means less time to do something. Organising stuff might save time too.
