It's like MAD, maybe in a decade or two when everybody's had their fair share of boots being stomped on their faces the moment their political rivals attain power, there will be a return to some semblance of mutually respected RoE. Or maybe there will just be a lot of corpses. Either way, we're living through a chaotic transitory era that will eventually reach a resolution one way or another.
