I've made an issue for it. There's definitely a bug in there, somewhere. Someone already subscribed to the relay over a follow list SHOULDN'T be asked to pay 300 sats and then receive a new duplicate entry in the allow list. And they SHOULD be able to purchase a NIP-05 address for 21 sats (I think Matt didn't receive that option, as he paid something, but has no NIP-05).

I haven't corrected the allow list cloud fodder (npub10np…tl5h) , so that you can see the current state, to help with bug-fixing. But can you remove his "paid" entry, when you're done? And issue Matt a NIP-05?
