It's 2024 - do you know where your post-quantum cryptography is?

I was going to just jot down what the current state is, and somehow ended up with >2,600 words. But it's ok: they're only there if you look. Maybe they're useful if you need to convince your org that's it time to adopt the current hybrid implementations.
