I guess I can't really tell entities to use social media "correctly"

that's not really what I want to do

What I more meant from this is that marking an account as a bot is meant as a backend thing, so the account gets treated appropriately when it's automated, and not necessarily as a frontend thing where to mark that the entity running the account identifies as a bot.
