You shouldn't be having any interactions with law enforcement without the presence of legal counsel. It's not about being confrontational or anything like that, you don't have to be screaming "WARRANT," just calmly and politely ask for legal representation, the lawyer will tell them they need a warrant, which they already know, in any case. If they feel like their "probable cause" justifies their going in dry, let them arrest you and then justify themselves in court; consent strips you of recourse and puts you completely at the mercy of some of cop's druthers.
