Had a wierd ass interview today where I asked what the hybrid/remote work policy was at the end of the interview, and if this position fit within it. And the manager acted like I had said something truly profane.
Went back to the job listing. It clearly states twice:
"This position may be eligible for a remote or hybrid work arrangement, consistent with university and state policies."
