The interesting part about an open protocol like #Nostr is that certain aspects of it can flop completely, and then be reinvented later on.
The best implementation, at least in the early days when things are still malleable, will be adopted broadly and win in the long run.
I'm not ready to give up on nostr DMs yet, but at present, they're completely broken. Bullish on the work JeffG (nprofile…hppf) is doing. Rooting for you, sir. 🫡
