Just completely blanked on the name of a toxic exec from a former job. I can see the guy's face, just not his name - so I think that's winning?
In fairness, it wasn't even particularly the guy's fault - he had just been substantially over-promoted & I suspect that he had been a perfectly decent middle manager once upon a time.
