If you want to achieve great things, you have to get there somehow.
That’s why I made a commitment at the end of the year: 200 workouts this year – whether it’s abs, weightlifting, or running. Why? Because I believe that working out two-thirds of the year will have a bigger impact on my health than anything else.
This morning was workout #23: a 30-minute run with 160 meters of elevation gain. The year is long, but the goal is clear.
