So your example, it's already a solved problem in many clients, you can zap anonymously and only send an LN payment. Someone that publishes a note with it (makes the zap public) expects the network to be able to see that; they do it on purpose. They're responsible for their own security at that point.

As far as the ability to permanently delete notes published to relays, we have already gone back and forth on that before. You can make a NIP09, a relay can claim to obey it, but there's absolutely no way to guarantee or verify that your note isn't still out there after you've published it. And that goes for everything, not just nostr. You can't unsay something you've said out loud within earshot of other people. Your only option is to be careful what you publish. Anything else is nothing more than a false sense of security.

You say "it's posts cannot be deleted." I'm curious if youre advocating a way for someone to permanently delete someone else's posts from the network?
