From the looks of it, your video dimensions and bit rate is pretty high for web viewing. It looks like most of them are 1920x1080 at 800 kbit/s = 96MB in size
I download one and compressed it to half the size 960x540 and lowered the bitrate to 300 kbit/s = 35 MB in size
I have linked the 35MB compressed version. Can you tell a difference on mobile?
