I’m on my way to a real estate closing. I bought a house a couple years ago to fix up and flip. I’ve done many over the last 30 years. But this was a pretty big project, and it was just not the right time. So I’m going to sell it. Unfortunately, the market is a little bit weaker than it was a couple of years ago. I paid cash for it. I’m selling on a land
contract today. I probably should’ve just bought more bitcoin with the money I spent on it a couple years ago. :-)
