I just made the best Philly Cheesesteaks out of leftover bbq scotch fillet, provalone, sautéed onion, sliced tomato and Beerenberg hot sauce on a toasted baguette. Not 100% authentic like the one I had in Philadelphia in 1994 but pretty close.
