Want to try #FruitTillNoon?
Here's what you need to know:
From when you wake up till lunch, consume only whole fruit, as much as you want, until noon. I like to salt my fruit. Reduces hunger, increases hydration.
Then at lunch and supper have whole animal foods. Consume saturated fat only. No more than 40-50g a day. You'll need cronometer for this until you've gotten the hang of it. Stay in an overall calorie deficit. Think of it like intermittent fruit fasting.
Beef liver + oysters is necessary to provide the cofactors needed to effectively metabolize the fruit. I like Heart + Soil desiccated liver and canned oysters from Otter Kingdom for ease. I take the liver every day and oysters 2-3x a week.
Supplementing Alaska grown rhodiola tincture in the morning can help kick the chronic cortisol for folks who came from keto/carnivorr have from avoiding carbs for too long. It pairs will with fruit till noon. As does caffeine in the form of Maine Root cola, cold brew, or even green tea.
I prefer to graze fruit all morning rather than pounding a big plateful at once. Easier to keep the blood sugar smooth and even.
You want to dial in your light environment and sleep too. Adding collagen to lunch and dinner can help as getting plenty of morning sun and play will, too.
Once you've nailed this and got the scale to start going down, things'll move pretty fast. Usually takes a week or so. For me I can do 2 weeks pretty comfortably till my body wants a break.
You can accelerate things by doing fruit till supper, but keep in mind your supper will contain a lot more protein which may affect sleep. Fruit till noon is way more sustainable
Note many don't see results with dried fruit and table sugar, so it's logical to avoid those at first.
Finally, some folks need a concentrated B vitamin complex to recover their glucose metabolism. Pure Encapsulations B Complex is the gold standard. Objective Nutrients ThiActive B has potent thiamine in it for when you glucose metabolism is really damaged.
This is not a long term diet, but should only be used to get shredded lean. Switch to saladino (nprofile…7r62)'s animal based diet for long term health (animal foods, organs, fruit, honey, all in moderation).
Let me know if you have questions along the way.
