It was rammed, noisy and claustrophobic, and what should have been 5-10 minutes took nearly an hour.

I don't know if just having the vocabulary for this now makes it worse, or just being more aware of my internal state makes it worse, but I had full on dissociation... floaty, dis-coordinated, not quite there feeling.
