No one can ever be overtrained. Maybe 🤔 IDK 🤷🏻♀️ WHEN I trained people I beloved in: Train like you fight … which another leader taught me. Winners teach others. Same as the opposite.
As you can tell: I’m very tired 💤 but that’s winter ❄️ for me. Always FEEL the seasons. Choosing what individuals do is their human right. Hence why I don’t seek to lead anyone again. 🫡
