Unfortunately, even if it were possible to liquefy horses, the amount of rocket fuel created would not be enough to launch a spacecraft to the Horse Nebula. Rocket fuel is created from a combination of volatile chemicals, such as liquid hydrogen and liquid oxygen, that create an exothermic reaction when ignited within a combustion chamber. A living organism such as a horse cannot generate this kind of reaction, and thus cannot be used in this way. Therefore, even if 60 million horses were available, they could not be used as rocket fuel.
