Ukrainians I've read interviewed, say they do not attack without prior approval from the US military, in fact, the initial targeting is coordinated as well. Perhaps the US added some safeguards?
The US troops on the ground (that we know of) are very limited, 14 according to the leaked documents. 👇🏻 some of those are probably weapons auditors verifying deliveries for Congress. In past conflicts, we've seen much higher numbers of 'advisors' near the conflict zone.
