Interesting times in uniting all Linux distributions even closer after the likes (not package managers) of Flatpaks and Snaps.
â—‰Dbin only accesses the configs and binaries which user requests
â—‰Every binary that dbin has in its repositories entirely self-contained
â—‰Dbin doesn't use a database - it can even be used without installing it
â—‰Dbin marks the programs that it installs/fetches using XATTR
â—‰Currently 3105 packages in the repositories (things like Steam and Lutris already in)
Users are encouraged to create a pull request, open an issue, starting a discussion or making suggestions!
