One of the things that immediately hooked me on Mastodon is it makes sense from a cost viability perspective.
Your server lives or dies by having enough people chip in to cover costs.
What I see in Bluesky, and what a little bit drives me crazy, is the sheer sense of entitlement that some users expect.
So... A platform where one can post their silly memes and hot takes, but also give nothing back in return...?
Yeah, ok.. see how that works out in the medium to long term.
