1. Content posted by users, and
2. Moderation decisions to take stuff down
So Tim can't get sued because Joe Nazi posted a threat, *and* said Nazi can't sue Tim for taking down their post.
So will platforms remove content more often or less? 🤷♂️
My guess is the real net is places like this simply shit down and only the most moneyed platforms survive.
