Oh, imagine that... their AI doesn't doesn't understand "I want to make sure my account has been cancelled"... Turns out, eventually I've been told that it takes a month or so for a final 'account' to be drawn up (due to lag in their billing systems) and I should receive a credit when that happens. If not, I'll need to call again. Sigh.
