I liked it there because I'd found communities of cool people. But all the media coverage was "it's dead, it's a ghost town". I was puzzled until I realized they didn't have the early Internet model of social media, where you have to go find stuff-- they expected to have it harvest their contact list and to see a feed full of people they already knew buzzing on there.
