Just my humble opinion, but, when you see “needs TLC” and “lots of potential” and “built in 1935” and “sold as-is” and “seller will not do any repairs” oh and “this house has three kitchens” and the listing price is $459,800 for 4700 square feet of house, and the pictures are this grim and dark and dingy, think a) mold and b) run away. 😱

Then again, maybe the barbecue sauce is included?
