It goes to the Bill of Rights, there is no commensurate Bill of Responsibilities.
Because there is only a set of rights but no real requirements for ACCESS of those rights (other than "exist here"), it actually makes the rights into a form of weapon that a foreigner can exploit.
A bill of responsibilities should be something like
1. Take part in the Christian faith
2. Carry a weapon and be proficient in it
And so on.... and people who fail to meet the responsibilities charter can be booted out of the country.
Federally, if Christianity was mandated (with prison or expulsion for non-Christians), there would be no weirdo feminist bullshit OR jews. The states rights are just to pick the denomination. And ideologies should have been given the same consideration as religions. Eg a godless faith like "Bolshevism" would be treated like the foreign religion it is.
