Alright, did a small amount of cleaning out the fridge while I was waiting for coffee to happen.

Something I've really started to do that is helping is instead of being like "I'm going to clean for X hours" is just, do little bits here and there. Weirdly this actually makes MORE progress, and is far more sustainable.

Like wiping down that counter last night while waiting on take out. Making tidying/cleaning a part of the flow of my day.
