Nah, looks like my Kosovo call is still on deck. West Coast will be a Chinese colony. Maybe they can link up with Vancouver in time. West of the Rockies will be lost pretty quick as it's so depopulated. Cities will just burn to the ground.
East Coast will be a real fight for resources however.
