Not sure. I've spun down my Hub and I was only hosting 2 "friends". However, me having to give them their pairing secrets didn't work for me opsec wise. My plan was to run the cloud for my community (including those from the US) but yeah, I cannot host people AND have their NWC secrets. If anything ever happens (exploit, cloud hack, whatever) the mere suspicion that I COULD HAVE rugged them is not an option (for me).
