Anecdotal but we had consultations on 6 new Schedule A cases over 2 days. Is the publicity working where Defendants are realizing early that they need to obtain counsel to defend themselves and protect their businesses? Fewer defaults and better representation should ensure Ps are held to the standards the FRCP and the various substantive IP statutes require. 🙏
